- Eligibility: The user must be of legal age of majority in the country of residence and have full legal capacity to enter into contracts.
- Accuracy of information: You undertake to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information and are responsible for updating it.
- Account responsibility: You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password, and for all activities that occur through your account.
- Professional license (for agents/developers): Licensed real estate agents and developers undertake to provide proof of their valid license from the competent official authorities in the State of Kuwait and adhere to all professional regulations.
4. Advertising and Content
- Content responsibility: The user (owner/broker/developer) assumes full responsibility for the accuracy, validity and legitimacy of all data, photos, videos and documents related to the advertised properties.
- Legal compliance: All real estate advertisements must comply with the laws and regulations in force in the State of Kuwait, including advertising and real estate brokerage laws.
- Intellectual property rights for content: You grant Aqari Unique a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use, modify, and publish the Real Estate Content for the purposes of operating and providing the Services.
- Prohibitions: It is strictly forbidden to post any content:
- Violates the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Contains false, misleading or fraudulent information.
- Violates public morals or applicable laws.
5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
- Platform Disclaimer: “Aqari Unique is an online linking platform and does not act as an owner, seller, buyer, tenant, or direct party to any real estate transaction. We are not a party to any agreements or contracts between users.
- Verification: Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and independently validating information, documents, and real estate transactions.
- Service guarantee: Real Estate Unique does not guarantee that the website will be free of errors or interruptions, but we do our best to ensure continuity of service.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
